We are looking to see if we can get a field on Saturday or Monday to try again…

The team has been accepted for this tournament on August 21-22. Schedules due out on August 7. Game will be at George Mason for our U14s. Quite a range of teams have been accepted. Should be some strong competition.

The team had 2 good practices this week and is ready for day camp at George Mason M-F of next week. The schedule is 9-3 M-Th and 9-12 on Friday. Mike Foss and John O’Hara will coach the team, providing some continuity from last year. Car pools from Spring Hill Rec are forming for anyone interested in joining.

Other rising U14G teams attending include the FPYC Wildcat academy teams (Blue, Gold and White) and VISTA Xplosion, whom the RF played a lot indoors, in futsal. Should be a good week!

The WAGS Division Structure was announced today and the Real Force has been promoted to Division 3 for the Fall season, on the basis of the team’s strong second place (tie) finish in Division 4 in the Spring.

The girls have a lot of hard work to do this summer to get ready for this higher level of competition, but we all know they can do it!

Congratulations to Jenn and Hai and the girls for working hard throughout the U13 year and moving up 2 WAGS divisions! No mean feat!

Friday at Lake Fairfax #1, 6:00-7:30, then next week Tuesday (7/20, Lake Fairfax #1, again 6:00-7:30) and Wednesday (7/21, Baron Cameron #2, 6:00-7:30 also)

We will try to arrange informal kickarounds in the Spring Hill area for Thursdays.
